Project description
This 17 acre brownfield site to the east of Lincoln City Centre was home to the former St. Swithin’s Power Station and other forms of heavy industry. With the power station now demolished and the site overgrown and derelict, the Design Team were presented with a challenge that involved not only problems of contamination and flooding, but also integration of the site into the existing transport network.
