Project Description
The kitchen and dining room were opened up into one large space, with the new extension enveloping the pantry and adding further space to the rear. The concept behind the design was to express the openings in the sleek black slate box as cuts into a solid form, exposing a softer, lighter interior. The orange reveals would be luminous during the day, while concealed lighting enabled the colours to glow at night.
