The garden room features a fully openable glazed screen, allowing free movement from garden to living space during the summer. The staircase down into the basement playroom features a transparent landing at kitchen level and the stairs are open-tread. This enables communication between the kitchen and the playroom and provides a connection between the 2 spaces.
